The Franklin Initiative is a long term plan to secure land, business and rescources within East Tennessee so as to secure and guard our unique cultural identity within the historic State of Franklin. Partnered with several organizations and community civic groups, the Franklin Initiative is actively seeking White, Christian, moral, men and women of good character to relocate here.
