The East TN CofCC Celt Fest is a great place to come and enjoy the Scotch-Irish atmosphere and bring the family for a day of education, fun and fellowship. Every year this Festival has grown and expanded. Starting in 2007 with ten locals in kilts competing in a make-shift Highland Games and now growing in attendance and encompassing the Feel, Taste and deep seated Honor of the Scotch-Irish tradition here in Southern Appalachia.
